Website: www.deliverancexorcisms.com In today’s spiritual climate, it has become common to hear people say, “I see in the spirit,” or “I have a word from the Lord for you.” While God certainly gives prophetic insight and visions to His people, it’s important to recognize that not every spiritual word or vision comes from the Holy Spirit. The Bible warns us to test the spirits (1 John 4:1) because Satan himself can appear as an angel of light (2 Corinthians 11:14). False Discernment Can Open the Door to Demonic Influence When someone claims to see demons or give a word over your life, and they are not led by the Holy Spirit, they may actually be operating from a counterfeit spirit—whether knowingly or unknowingly. Receiving a word from someone operating in divination, witchcraft, or even the flesh can cause you to come into agreement with the enemy. This agreement can open spiritual doors, allowing oppression, confusion, fear, or false direction into your life. Spiritual Sight Must Be Tested by Fruit and Doctrine Jesus said, “You will know them by their fruits” (Matthew 7:16). Anyone who truly operates in the Holy Spirit will reflect the fruit of the Spirit: love, peace, patience, gentleness, and truth. If someone’s word stirs fear, pride, suspicion, or manipulation—red flags should go up. Furthermore, their message should always align with Scripture. The Holy Spirit never contradicts the Word of God. Some Are Operating in the Soul, Not the Spirit There are also those who are sincere but are seeing through the lens of their soul (mind, will, emotions) instead of the Spirit of God. They may be projecting their own opinions, traumas, or judgments onto others and calling it prophecy. This type of soul-led word can still be harmful, misleading, and spiritually damaging—especially if accepted without discernment. Guard Your Heart and Mind Proverbs 4:23 says, “Guard your heart with all diligence, for out of it flow the issues of life.” You are responsible for what you allow into your spirit. Not everyone should be permitted to speak into your life. Ask the Holy Spirit for discernment. If someone gives you a word, take it to prayer. Ask the Lord: “Is this from You?” Test the Spirits and Stay Anchored in the Word In deliverance ministry, we often deal with people who unknowingly opened spiritual doors by receiving false prophetic words. What begins as curiosity or trust can quickly lead to spiritual bondage. We must remain vigilant. The enemy is subtle, but the Holy Spirit is faithful to lead us into all truth. Not every spirit is from God. Test the spirits. Know the Word. Stay rooted in Christ.

To receive deliverance ministry or exorcism, go to www.pastormiguel.com The battleground of spiritual warfare is the mind. Scripture warns us to “be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Peter 5:8). One of Satan's greatest strategies is to infiltrate and corrupt the human mind, where thoughts are formed, decisions are made, and spiritual discernment takes place. When demons target a person, their goal is not only to torment the body but to devastate the mind. 1. Planting Deceptive Thoughts Demons begin by whispering lies and planting seeds of deception. These thoughts may sound like the person's own inner voice:
2. Creating Mental Bondage Once lies are accepted, strongholds begin to form. A stronghold is a fortress of wrong thinking that opposes the knowledge of God. The apostle Paul wrote, “For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds” (2 Corinthians 10:4). These strongholds may manifest as:
3. Distorting Reality Another way demons destroy the mind is by distorting how a person perceives themselves, others, and God. This can lead to paranoia, hallucinations, or delusions. A once-loving person may become suspicious, cold, and isolated. Their ability to reason and discern spiritual truth is weakened. Romans 1:28 speaks of those who are given over to a “reprobate mind” — a mind void of sound judgment. 4. Feeding on Trauma Demons often enter through trauma and use it to deepen mental torment. Abuse, neglect, abandonment, or exposure to witchcraft can open doors. The demonic kingdom will replay the trauma over and over, locking the person into a cycle of emotional and mental torment. This prevents healing and drives the person deeper into despair, bitterness, and mental fragmentation. 5. Blocking the Mind from Receiving Truth The enemy also seeks to block the mind from understanding or accepting the Gospel. 2 Corinthians 4:4 explains, “The god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not.” Even Christians can experience this in areas where deception or unforgiveness has taken root. Hope for the Oppressed The good news is that Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). Through deliverance and inner healing, the demonic influence over the mind can be broken. The renewing of the mind (Romans 12:2) is not just a psychological process—it’s a spiritual transformation brought by the Holy Spirit. If you are tormented in your mind, do not suffer in silence. Seek help through prayer, deliverance ministry, and counseling. Jesus is still setting captives free today. By Pastor Miguel Bustillos, Deliverance Minister and Exorcist
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” – Ephesians 6:12 (KJV) In deliverance ministry, one of the most heartbreaking realities is witnessing how evil spirits torment those who are demonized. These torments are not imaginary, and they are not always visible to the naked eye—but their effects are very real. The goal of demonic torment is always the same: to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Understanding how these spirits operate helps us minister more effectively to those who are suffering under their influence. 1. Mental and Emotional Torment: Demons often attack the mind first. They plant obsessive, compulsive, or suicidal thoughts, leading people into depression, anxiety, confusion, and fear.
4. Relational Destruction: Demons sow division and strife in relationships—especially in families, marriages, and church communities.
5. Compulsive Behavior and Addiction: Many demonized individuals are tormented through compulsions—behaviors they feel powerless to stop.
Hope in ChristThe good news is that Jesus Christ came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). Deliverance ministry plays a vital role in helping people find freedom from demonic torment. When these spirits are confronted and cast out in the name of Jesus, healing and restoration begin. If you or someone you know is experiencing any of these forms of torment, do not ignore the signs. Seek prayer, confess your faith in Jesus Christ, and allow a trained deliverance minister to help you walk into the freedom Christ died to give you. You were not created to be a prisoner of torment—you were created to walk in victory. Need Help? Trauma can cause the human soul to fragment, creating dissociated parts that can become vulnerable to demonic influence. In this blog, we will explore how demons exploit trauma, how they use dissociated parts to maintain their hold on individuals, and how the power of Jesus Christ can bring true healing and freedom.
Understanding Trauma and Dissociation Trauma is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience that overwhelms an individual’s ability to cope. When trauma is severe, it can cause the mind to fragment, leading to dissociation. Dissociation is a mental process where a person disconnects from their thoughts, memories, feelings, or sense of identity. In extreme cases, this can lead to the formation of dissociated parts, which are fragmented aspects of the person’s mind that operate separately from their core personality. Signs of Dissociation:
How Demons Exploit Trauma: Demons are opportunistic entities. They often look for entry points, and unhealed trauma is a prime target. Demons can attach themselves to wounds caused by trauma, using these wounds as hiding places. These spirits may disguise themselves as protectors or allies of the dissociated parts, creating a false sense of security. Ways Demons Hide Behind Trauma:
Steps for Deliverance and Inner Healing:
Demons often hide behind trauma and dissociated parts because these are areas of unhealed pain and vulnerability. However, the power of Jesus Christ can bring healing and deliverance. As we continue to minister to those suffering from trauma, may we always rely on the Holy Spirit for discernment and power. Let us remember Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit." In Christ, there is healing, freedom, and restoration." By Pastor Miguel Bustillos website: www.deliverancexorcisms.com When Paul returned to Jerusalem in Acts 21, he was met with concern from the Apostles and elders—not because they denied the New Covenant, but because they were trying to manage a delicate transition within the early Church. This moment raises an important question: Why were the Apostles, who believed in Christ and the New Covenant, still concerned about Paul’s relationship to the Law of Moses? 1. The Early Church Was in Transition: The Church was undergoing a major shift—from the Old Covenant, based on the Law of Moses, to the New Covenant, established through the blood of Jesus Christ (Hebrews 8:6–13). While the Apostles preached salvation by grace through faith (Ephesians 2:8–9), many Jewish believers still held tightly to their traditions. These believers accepted Jesus as the Messiah but continued to practice circumcision and temple rituals—not for salvation, but as part of their identity (Acts 21:20). 2. Rumors and the Need for Unity: Rumors spread that Paul was teaching Jews living among the Gentiles to abandon the Law of Moses entirely (Acts 21:21). This caused alarm among the leaders in Jerusalem. To prevent confusion and offense, they asked Paul to take part in a public purification ritual (Acts 21:23–24). Paul agreed—not because he believed these rituals were necessary for salvation, but because he wanted to maintain unity and prevent division. He wrote elsewhere, “To the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews...” (1 Corinthians 9:20). 3. The Apostles Were Not Rejecting the New Covenant: The Apostles did not believe salvation came through the Law. This had already been settled in Acts 15 at the Jerusalem Council, where it was made clear that Gentiles were not obligated to keep the Law of Moses (Acts 15:10–11, 19–20). However, many Jewish believers still valued their customs and heritage, and the Apostles were working to shepherd them into deeper understanding. 4. A Lesson in Wisdom and Humility: Paul’s decision was a strategic act of humility. He was not compromising the Gospel—he was applying wisdom. Avoiding unnecessary offense in non-essential matters is part of the spiritual maturity required in leadership (Romans 14:1–6; 1 Corinthians 10:32–33). Final Thoughts: The confrontation in Acts 21 wasn’t about rejecting the New Covenant—it was about preserving unity and managing the growth of the Church during a time of cultural transformation. As ministers of deliverance and truth, we too must balance conviction with compassion, and doctrine with discernment. Pastor Miguel Bustillos
Website: www.deliverancexorcisms.com In deliverance ministry, one of the most misunderstood aspects is the connection between sickness and demonic activity. Not all sickness is demonic, but there are times when an illness may have a spiritual root. As ministers of deliverance, it is crucial to have spiritual discernment, guided by the Holy Spirit, to identify when a sickness is caused by demonic influence and to know how to respond biblically. What is Demonic Sickness? Demonic sickness refers to physical or mental ailments that are caused or intensified by demonic spirits. These spirits can enter through open doors such as sin, trauma, generational curses, occult involvement, unforgiveness, and more. The Bible clearly shows that spirits can afflict the body: "And behold, there was a woman who had a disabling spirit for eighteen years. She was bent over and could not fully straighten herself... Jesus said, 'Woman, you are freed from your disability.'" (Luke 13:11-12, ESV) In this passage, the woman was not just physically ill—she had a spirit of infirmity. Jesus did not prescribe medication; He cast out the spirit. How to Identify Demonic Sickness: While only the Holy Spirit can give full revelation, here are some signs and patterns that may indicate a demonic root to a sickness: 1. Incurable or Mysterious Illness: When medical professionals cannot diagnose or treat a condition effectively despite numerous tests and interventions, it may be spiritual. 2. Sudden Onset Without Natural Cause: If an illness appears out of nowhere with no logical explanation—especially after a traumatic event or occult exposure—it could be spiritual. 3. Cycles and Patterns: Sicknesses that repeat in cycles or run in the family (generational curses) may be rooted in demonic activity. 4. Symptoms That Manifest During Prayer or Worship: If symptoms worsen or manifest during worship, prayer, or reading Scripture, it's a sign the sickness may be spiritual in nature. 5. Nighttime Affliction: Spiritual attacks that occur during sleep—choking, heaviness, paralysis, pain—are common signs of spiritual affliction. 6. Accompanying Demonic Manifestations: If the sick person also experiences demonic dreams, voices, thoughts of suicide, fear, or torment, this suggests a deeper spiritual issue. What to Do if You Suspect Demonic Sickness1. Pray for Discernment: Ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the root cause. Not every sickness is demonic—some are physical or emotional—but the Lord reveals truth to those who ask. "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God..." (James 1:5) 2. Lead in Repentance: If sin or disobedience has opened a door, lead the person in repentance and renunciation. Confession breaks legal rights demons may have. "Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed." (James 5:16) 3. Command the Spirit to Leave: With the authority of Christ, command the spirit of infirmity to leave in Jesus' name. "In my name they will cast out demons..." (Mark 16:17) 4. Close the Doors: Teach the person to close all doors to the enemy—cutting ties with the occult, forgiving others, rejecting fear, and renewing the mind with the Word. 5. Maintain the Deliverance: Healing must be maintained through faith, obedience, and spiritual discipline. Encourage daily prayer, Scripture reading, and accountability. "Go and sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee." (John 5:14) Final Thoughts: Demonic sickness is real, and Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8). As deliverance ministers, we are called to continue His work. Discernment, prayer, and the power of the Holy Spirit are essential tools in identifying and addressing these hidden afflictions. Never fear the enemy—Christ has given us authority over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). Let us walk in power, love, and boldness as we set the captives free in Jesus' name. The Importance of Listening to the Direction of a Deliverance Minister to Maintain Your Deliverance3/14/2025 Pastor Miguel Bustillos
Deliverance Minister and Exorcist Website: www.deliverancexorcisms.com Deliverance is a powerful and transformative experience, freeing individuals from spiritual bondage and oppression. However, many people make the mistake of believing that once they have been set free, their battle is over. In reality, deliverance is just the beginning. Maintaining your freedom requires obedience, discipline, and the willingness to follow the guidance of a trained deliverance minister. Why You Must Follow Instructions from a Deliverance MinisterA seasoned deliverance minister has spent years studying spiritual warfare and has been trained in discerning the tactics of the enemy. Their guidance is not based on personal opinion but on biblical principles and experience in spiritual warfare. Here are a few key reasons why their direction is essential for maintaining your deliverance: 1. Spiritual Wisdom and DiscernmentDeliverance ministers are equipped with spiritual discernment that helps them recognize demonic tactics. They can identify potential areas of vulnerability that you might overlook. Ignoring their advice can open the door for the enemy to regain access to your life. 2. Post-Deliverance Instructions Protect You from RepossessionJesus warned in Matthew 12:43-45 that when an unclean spirit leaves a person, it seeks to return. If it finds the house (your soul) empty, swept clean, and unguarded, it brings back seven spirits worse than itself. Deliverance ministers provide post-deliverance instructions to ensure that your spiritual "house" is filled with the Word of God, prayer, and a strong relationship with Jesus Christ. 3. Avoiding Old Habits and Sinful LifestylesMany who receive deliverance fall back into old habits, believing they are strong enough to handle temptation on their own. A deliverance minister will help you establish new, godly habits to replace the destructive ones that gave demons a legal right to enter your life. 4. Establishing a Strong Prayer LifePrayer is a weapon that strengthens your spirit and keeps demonic influences at bay. Your deliverance minister may provide specific prayers or fasting recommendations to help fortify your spiritual life. Neglecting these instructions can leave you spiritually weak and vulnerable to renewed attacks. 5. Accountability and Spiritual CoveringDeliverance ministers act as spiritual shepherds who guide you through the process of healing and freedom. Having an accountability partner in your journey is crucial because the enemy will always attempt to isolate you and attack when you are spiritually weak. Common Mistakes That Lead to Losing Deliverance
If you have undergone deliverance, I encourage you to honor the process and listen carefully to your deliverance minister. Their counsel is not just helpful—it is essential to your spiritual survival. Are you struggling to maintain your deliverance? Need guidance on how to walk in lasting freedom? www.deliverancexorcisms.com Throughout history, societies have struggled with discerning and monitoring the influences of witches and spirits. Understanding this subject through historical context and spiritual discernment can equip modern believers to identify and respond effectively to spiritual warfare. Historical ContextHistorically, concerns about witches and spirits date back to ancient civilizations. For example, in biblical times, King Saul consulted the witch of Endor (1 Samuel 28), revealing an ancient awareness of witchcraft's real spiritual implications. Similarly, in medieval Europe, fears of witchcraft resulted in widespread panic, leading to inquisitions and trials such as those witnessed in Salem, Massachusetts, during the infamous Salem Witch Trials of 1692. Historically, people often tried to identify and monitor witches through questionable methods such as trials by ordeal or relying on superstition. While these methods are now rightfully seen as unjust and misguided, the underlying recognition of spiritual influence remains relevant. Biblical Perspective on MonitoringThe Bible emphasizes discernment and vigilance rather than fear-based superstition. Christians are encouraged to:

The Children's' Bread Deliverance Minsitry website: www.deliverancexorcisms.com Pastor Zachary Kibet Rotich of Bethel for Jesus Ministry International in Bomet County, Kenya, has been charged with assault following the emergence of a viral video depicting him allegedly flogging congregants, primarily women, in purported exorcism rituals. After evading authorities, Pastor Rotich surrendered to Chebunyo Police Station and was subsequently arraigned before Resident Magistrate Mbethi Michuki. He pleaded not guilty to assaulting Mercy Cherotich in Kapkimolwo Village, Itembe location, and has been remanded in police custody for seven days pending further investigations. The video also shows church members allegedly burning a woman over a fire in an attempt to exorcise demons, sparking public outrage and leading to increased scrutiny of the church's practices. Established in 2015, Bethel for Jesus Ministry International reportedly altered its doctrines in 2023, with leaders claiming enhanced powers to cast out demons. Female congregants are required to wear white headscarves and long dresses during services held on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Performing exorcisms without proper training poses significant dangers, including the potential for physical and psychological harm to individuals undergoing such rituals. Untrained practitioners may misinterpret mental health issues as demonic possession, leading to inappropriate and harmful interventions. The Catholic Church, for instance, mandates that exorcisms be performed only by trained clergy who adhere to established protocols, ensuring that individuals receive appropriate care and protection. This incident underscores the critical need for oversight and regulation of religious practices to prevent abuse and protect vulnerable individuals from harmful, untrained interventions. |
