What are Spirit Spouses?

Most people are unaware there are demonic spirit spouses-spirit husband and spirit wife. We know and understand about human spouses, but not spirit spouses. Our Heavenly Father created marriage for the human race which is honorable and the bed not defiled (Hebrews 13:4). Jesus says in his Word there is no marriage (Matthew 22:30) or gender (Galatians 3:28) in the spirit realm. Satan does contrary to the will of God. Since God was the One who created and ordained marriage between a human male and female, Satan twisted this truth. He used for his glory the same concept, but for evil. He assigns spirit spouses to human beings in order to kill, steal and destroy their destinies in Christ Jesus. His aim is only to kill, steal and destroy (John 10:10). 

The survey is designed to reveal the existence of spirit husband and spirit wife, aka spirit spouses. Christ Jesus died for our FREEDOM (Galatians 5:1). He wants us to be totally free in our mind, free in our will, free in our emotions and free in our body to worship our Heavenly Father in spirit and truth (John 4:23-24). If you answer ‘Yes’ to any of the questions below, a spirit spouse may be actively working in and against your life and hindering your destiny in Christ Jesus.

Do I Have a Spirit Spouse?

1. Have you ever been molested? Molestation does not have to be sexual intercourse.

2. Have you ever been physically raped?

3. Have you ever been raped in your dreams?

4. Do you have sexual lust?

5. Have you been involved in prostitution? 

6. Do you have sex in your dreams? Some people have sex in their dreams and are enjoying it. Dear Hearts that is not the Lord. If you have sex in your dreams and the person has the appearance of your spouse, it’s not your spouse. It's a spirit spouse. It's not your human spouse. Or if it's a boyfriend or girlfriend, somebody you know. If you are even having sex in your dreams, period, dear heart, that is a demon spirit-a spirit spouse.

7. Does it seem like you’re being “forced” to remain unmarried and every relationship ends up in disappointment? You’ve been engaged several times and each time for some reason, you have a change of mind. It’s like you've been forced to stay unmarried. That's the sign of a spirit spouse.

8. Do you masturbate?

9. Do you watch pornography?

10. Is there idolatry in your family lineage?

11. Is there witchcraft in your family lineage?

12. Are you being fed in your dreams?

13. Sleep Paralysis. (Being held down and raped, or simply unable to move)

14. Do you wake and your underwear are wet?


​ These can all be signs of a spirit husband or wife. A person that is experiencing signs of a spirit husband or wife must have the curse broken. All of the torment will stop once the curse is broken. Every Christian should read and meditate on the Word of God daily.  All scripture is good for teaching, rebuking, and training in righteousness.  But how is the Word of God used during a confrontation with the devil. While most Christians will pick up their Bible and start reading from their favorite spiritual warfare scripture, we must remember that the enemy is also able to quote and twist scripture. If we are to go into hand to hand combat with the enemy we must be versed on the word of God. Otherwise, the enemy will have the advantage over us.  

So how should the scriptures be used during a battle with the devil?
 
Jesus provided a few example on how a Christian should use scripture to fight the enemy. 

Luke 4:1-14"1 Jesus, full of the Holy Spirit, left the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 2 where for forty days he was tempted by the devil. He ate nothing during those days, and at the end of them he was hungry. 3 The devil said to him, “If you are the Son of God, tell this stone to become bread.” 4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone.’” 5 The devil led him up to a high place and showed him in an instant all the kingdoms of the world. 6 And he said to him, “I will give you all their authority and splendor; it has been given to me, and I can give it to anyone I want to. 7 If you worship me, it will all be yours.” 8 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve him only.’” 9 The devil led him to Jerusalem and had him stand on the highest point of the temple. “If you are the Son of God,” he said, “throw yourself down from here. 10 For it is written: “ ‘He will command his angels concerning you to guard you carefully; 11 they will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.’ ” 12 Jesus answered, “It is said: ‘Do not put the Lord your God to the test.’” 13 When the devil had finished all this tempting, he left him until an opportune time. 14 Jesus returned to Galilee in the power of the Spirit, and news about him spread through the whole countryside."


In these examples, you see how both the devil and Jesus were using the scriptures to their advantage. The devil twisted the scriptures to his advantage, but Jesus quoted truth.  John 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. When you counter the devils lies with the truth of the Bible, the devil has no choice but to obey. Jesus used scriptures that voided the lies of the devil. 

Examples:

Example 1:
Devil: You have no power over me!
You: No devil, the scriptures read: Luke 10:19 "Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you."

Example 2:
Devil: You can't cast me out! 

You: No devil, I can! The scripture state: Mark 16:17 "And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues"

Example 3:
Devil: You will never be free

You: That's not rue devil,  the scripture say that; John 8:36 "So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed."


Example 4:
Devil: We will put fear in you!

You:
The scriptures say: 

2 Timothy 1:7 "For God has not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and love, and of a sound mind."
The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear?

Example 5:
Devil: There is no salvation for you! You are going to hell with me. look at all the evil things you have done!

You: You are wrong devil and this is why: 
Romans 8:38-39
"38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord."

Romans 10:9-10
9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved.


The scriptures must be quoted with faith. Simply reading the scriptures do nothing. But if you truly believe what the word of God says about any issues and quote it back to him, the devil doesn't have a chance.

6) Keeping a demon can mean the difference on how long you live.
7) Keeping a demon can be the difference on whether you lack or not in all areas of your life (health, wealth, relationship with Christ).
8) Demons want you to be damned. If they convince you that Jesus doesn't exist, or that he has not been there for you during your time of trouble and you renounce Jesus Christ, Satan can claim you. We know that Jesus never leaves us or forsakes us (Joshua 1:9).
9) Our time is limited (temporal)...when are you going to do something about it?
10) Live the life Jesus Christ intended for you.

Do you have pictures of territorial demons in your neighborhood? Most people do. Take the time to drive around your city and you will notice random paintings and drawing of demons and ancient gods on the side of buildings. These are not there by mistake. They are intentionally placed there by satanist and witches. 

These murals can be found in almost every city in the world. They are painted to honor the reigning principality in the area. Most people ignore them because they are looked at as art. In reality there's a more sinister purpose for them. Why would anyone paint a demon on a side of a building? When you see these things in your neighborhood, pray that the mural is destroyed. Contact local code enforcement and do whatever you can within the law to take them down.
